How can I help an organization create its story?

I have experience and I can support small or big organizations. An organization might aim for an implementation that starts from the ground or others curate and develop what they have. I have experience with both situations. I am flexible when it comes to the way we collaborate. A smaller organization might look to spend its money more efficiently and might only use consultancy services to establish a learning culture and monitor the results. In our first consultation, I aim to understand your needs. I can offer consultancy only or consultancy and training together. The first one-hour consultation is complimentary.

Facilitate a "Warm Welcome" Induction Experience - an experience on its own with fun activities, and innovative and engaging activities, designed to offer our new team members a warm first day no matter the weather. From the very first day, we explore our comfort zone because where is the learning happening? Within or outside the comfort zone? Develop an onboarding process for the new joiner that helps a fast integration.
Curate the actual training and online learning platform. Make the content more relevant to each team and business needs.
Technology incorporation. Use of technology and create original bite-size video training focused on specific topics. Engage the team with games and activities, increasing knowledge and confidence. Implement a very cost-efficient platform for internal training videos and resources. Online Courses from filming, editing, and adding on the platform.
Design solutions for World Class Leaders with subjects such as Communication & Negotiation, Leadership, Power & Success (mindset, creating new habits, unconscious bias), Well-being, and Project Management.
Design and deliver solutions for junior managers and supervisors: Speak confidently, Handle complaints and difficult conversations, Train the Trainer, Time management, Delegation.

Facilitation is a common word because I feel every person on our team has great potential. I aim to create a safe environment where everyone expresses themselves in their own way. The result is an amplification of their passion and skills.
I use various learning methodologies such as 70:20:10; Ages; Andragogy; Transformational learning; Experiential learning; and Heutagogy principles.
